Cancelation

Should you cancel your appointment prior to the day of your appointment you will not be charged any fee. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment the same day you will be responsible for 50% of the cost of the service. Should you not call or show up or we have to call you, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of your services.

By booking an appointment with The Garden Wellness Center you are acknowledging our same day cancelation policy and authorizing the enforcement of said policy. Credit cards used to reserve appointments will NOT be charged unless in violation of the same day cancelation policy.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late to your appointment you will only get the remaining of your time as to not inconvenience any appointment after yours.

Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered or cancellation fees charged. However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will do everything possible to make things right if you are not completely satisfied with your experience.

Covid 19 Protocol

If on the day of your appointment, you do not feel well in any way, please cancel your appointment. You will not be charged for late cancellations.

We strongly suggest clients wear masks to help prevent the spread of any sickness. Your provider will wear a mask throughout your entire visit upon request.

The room and tools will be sanitized in between appointments.

We have a reserved parking spot in the lot beside the building.
There is paid street parking in front of the building and two hour parking on the left side of Patrick St. and Prince St.
Street parking is $1.75 per hour with a two hour maximum.
The Dash bus 30, 31, and King Street Trolley all stop at the King St and Patrick St stop.

Our therapist is trained to perform all services with the client completely dressed, if you are more comfortable that way. You will be instructed to undress to your comfort level at the start of your session.
